Well it's May 30th and still no date........................................ One a good note, I started my new job today. It was great, I really like everyone there. I'm a financial collector (collections). I know that I can do this. I had  been in banking for almost 12 years. This looks to be a challenge that I'm up for..............Back to no date...................I really want a date. I know that I sound like a whiner, but I'm getting very impatient. I know that I have 5 more weeks on the cpap, but can't they schedule me too???? The cpap is really not that bad. I don't wake up in the morning with a headache anymore and I do sleep almost all night. Before I used to wake up at least 5 times a night. I feel better in the morning. I guess that's good.                Oh well, I just had to vent alittle.             See ya later!!!!!!!

Well today is May 17th, 2007 and I just found out that I was approved through Aetna. I really thought that It was going to be alot longer, but thank God that it wasn't. I found out by accident. I had made a phone call to Aetna about my perscriptions and the woman on the phone said"what dr is this from?" "Brader"? I said "no" Dr Brader is for WLS. She said "I can tell you that you were approved on the 15th for WLS". She then proceeded to fix my problem that I had with my rx's and I really don't remember much of what she said. I really only remember her saying that I was approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    It's funny how things happen: I have been laid-off from my job since Jan 26th of this year, I thought that I would never find a job. I have never been laid-off in my life. I have always worked, part time, or full time, I have always worked. Even when my kiddies were small. I found out on Tuesday, the 15th that I got the job that I had interviewed for last week. WOO HOO, I'm so excited!!!!!!! I start on May 30th. I guess the 15th was a lucky day for me. I just need to get a date so I can tell my new employer that I'm having surgery. (Long Over-Due Surgery)   I'm so HAPPY !!!!!!!!!:-)

Well, I received a phone call from the sleep center today letting me know  that I have Sleep Apnea.(I went last Friday the 4th for a sleep study at Lower Bucks). I have to go back and get fitted for a CPAP machine. My appointment is May 31st.      Also I was notified on Friday the 4th by the Barix that they finally got all of the information that they needed from my pcp and sent it to Aetna for pre-approval. I called Aetna today to see if they received the information, they did. Now I just have to wait alittle longer for an answer. I really can't do anything until I get my CPAP machine, I have to use it for 250 hours before I can even get a surgery date. It's all for my own good, I just wish that I didn't have to wait so long for everything......................But from what I see and hear, It's ALL worth it.   :-)

It's May 2,2007 and I'm officially getting very impatient. The woman from the Barix cslled me today to inform me that all of the information that my PCP has faxed over to her is not enough info for my insurance. As I have said before, I have Aetna. This is the worst insurance to have. She was very nice about it, It's not her fault, but I'm really going to loose it real soon.  I know that things take time, but this is oh so pissen me off. My Dr has jumped through hoops for me to try and get all of the information over to them. When she called, she said that my PCP has the worst writing ever.......Duh, he's a DR.   I guess I'm suppose to just let it go and be calm, but I really can't. She said that if she sends over the info that she has, Aetne will probably deny it. Then I'll have to appeal it. I don't know what to do............................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
