Its been a little while hope you all are doin great as for me I'm wonderful ! I'm down to 167lb an in a size 12/14 went for my 6 month ck up every thing is good Doc said I'm on track and to keep up the good work . I started myself on the hair/skin/nail vit because I dont wont to lose my hair so for so good. got to go for now. love you guys
