Not much of a blogger at times...

I just joined the site when I ran across it yesterday while I was doing some research on some menus for after my bypass surgery.
If anyone has anything it would be much appreciated here. So I can start buying the proper seasonings and foods now. Because I am on a fixed income and I am afraid the foods will be expensive to purchase all at one time.
