Yesterday, we had our appointment to see the surgeon, Dr. Cerabona. First they took our height and weight, then give a urine donation 
then we spoke with the Dr and went over our options and the criteria to get approval from our insurance company. Oh and I had to give 7 vials of blood .... YES 7! 
I guess they check for everything including what vitamins you are deficient in. Everything went well, the staff there was fantastic, everyone was so friendly and made you feel very comfortable. I'm excited!
