Dr. Goyal and Dr. Boulay were awesome. Dr. Goyal stayed a few minutes late just to meet and talk to me. and he was even at the support group and the seminar. everyone at the office seems awesome and ready willing and able to jump in to help me get everything i need to be ready for the surgery. some of the girls from his office even came to the seminar too. I will say that Dr. Goyal seems like one tough cookie (no pun intended) he does not fool around with the aftercare. isnt the whole point of this A LIFE CHANGE !!!!!!!!!! IF U WANT THIS TO WORK U HAVE TO FOLLOW THE RULES.......

    ~~~~~~CONGRATULATION S ON YOUR UPCOMING SURGERY~~~~~~ (Everything in our lives happens for a purpose and that purpose is to prepare us) May God give you courage, strength and guidance throughout your new journey. You are about to embark on the most amazing transformation of you mind, body and soul. Your big day is almost here, this is the day, your new life will begin, I cant promise it will be easy, cant say it will be hard, I can say that with all the complications and everything I had to go through, It was well worth it. I have never felt better in yearsss, I’m off all medications, have sooooo much more energy. So if you hit a bump in the road, hang in there and remember it will alll be worth it in the long run. Sending Prayers your way that the Lord will guide your surgeon’s hands. May the guardian angels wrap their loving arms of protection around you during your surgery and recovery. Remember your not alone in this journey, many of us have been down this road, we are here to offer love and support. Looking forward to hearing from you on the loosing side.     Congrats, girlie! Hope your journey is a safe and uneventful one. I see we have something in common other than WLS - teaching. I'm awaiting a surgery date any day now.

I am not exactly sure what the hell a blog is, i think it is a saying about us..... so that is what i am going to write, here it goes........

The first step, is the hardest step. With anything we do in life, but after that first one it gets much easier........

LIFE FLASHES BEFORE MY EYES ......

LETS START ALL OVER MY FRIENDS AND LIVE LIFE TO ITS FULLEST. I WANT TO RUN. 33 YEARS OLD AND ALL I WANT TO DO IS RUN AND THANKS TO MY BAND I WILL BE RUNNING SHORTLY. ANYONE WANNA RUN WITH ME... I FEEL LIKE I AM READY TO RELIVE MY LIFE THE HEALTHY WAY WHOS COMIN WITH ?????
