Update I am so sorry that I have not posted for a while. I want to thank everyone for your well wishes, and prayers especially Ms. Dana K, I really appreciate it. I am now four weeks out on week number five from my meal plan, but I have gained 6lbs back of what I lost when I was doing strait liquids so I was a little down about that because I am not sure if I gained it back because I am eating regular food again or if I am going over board with the regular food.
No worries because I was not down long, I have since joined a dance exercise program called B-Risqué Fitness which is teaches you strip tease, Latin dance, fun aerobics, sexy cardio, pole 101, plus size pole, and so on. I go for my fill on the 28th of this month so with B-Risqué Fitness and the fill, I should be good to go in no time.
