My first impression of Dr Trang was he was down to earth,very nice man and I felt comfortable with him.My impression of him has not changed because I still have to see him for my first visit after my surgery.The staff everyone very nice.Be yourself don't be afraid to ask question because he do not have a problem answering them.It's very serious so if your going to get it make sure that you are going to stick with it.He was straight forward about the risks,I would rate him he's very good at what he does A+++rnI think both.

My Weightloss Journey!!!!!!

 Today is February 16,2010 I know that I have not been updating my blog, but I'm here today to let you know whats been going on with me. I have been struggling with getting all my proteins in and eating what I'm suppose to eat and what not to eat. I have been going to the gym like three times a week and the weight is coming off slow, but I cannot complain because I'm not gaining. I have come a long way from being 249 pounds, I'm 6 pounds away from my goal which is to be 150. I am so excited I love going shopping for clothes and panties and bras because when I was plus size I could not buy the sexy panties and bra set, HELLO that has changed loving it!!!!!!!
