YIPPEEEE!!!! I am at the 6 month mark this week and guess what?! I have lost 100 lbs!!! Yeppers I am in the CENTURY CLUB! I posted new pics to Before & After as well as my profile but they may take a few days to show up. Back when I first had my surgery in May, I never thought I would see this day, especially after the rough first couple months...but now wearing a size 8, turning heads,walking with my head held high and having more energy and good health than I have in decades...well it has been SO worth it! Anyone going thru that early post op phase where you may be depressed or weepy over making this surgical change...please hang in there...better days are definitely coming soon! E-Mail me for support if you need a shoulder. I sure appreciate all of you being there for me ...especially my angel Christine,my MayDay club WLS friends, and many of you out there...the total strangers who gave me loving words of support, e-mails of congrats and well-needed information when I was researching having this done. Howdy All! Just wanted to post because now 14 days post-op from LAP RNY, I am down 22 lbs! I am so pleased and I feel GREAT! My angel Christine Elkins has been a real gift of inspiration, and all of you who signed my surgery page are wonderful!...like family to me! Any Pre-Ops who are nervous...please just go with the flow and you will be FINE!
