Hi Kathy, Congratulations on your awesome weight loss so far! I read your profile and just want to thank you for sharing your journey. The food journal helped give me some good ideas as I am in a panic because my surgery has been upped and I go in next week. (if insurance approves) You look awesome! Best wishes!!! Oh and the 'not finished list' you mentioned - I have about 8 lists I never took home that I whipped up at work and never finished and just finished one earlier lol!
