Sixth Month Diet: Month #4

I had my 4th weigh in today. I lost 7 lbs.
For a total so far of 30 pounds since June.
I am very happy. And I am very proud of myself. But I have still a way to go.   I am almost at my pre-baby weight, which is still heavy.  The thing is, I haven't really tried THAT hard, and I have lost 30lbs. I watch what I eat. but I still have sweets, I just don't over do it.  For instance, last week, my husband and I took his Aunt and our kids to get ice cream. I got a sundae(yum) BUT After eating half, I was done. I gave it away.   I love ice cream, that is a huge deal that I didn't finish it. It wasn't that hard to say "ok, I'm done" SO I feel things are coming along good for me. I just NEED to exercise A LOT!!!!

well that's my update for now...
