Wednesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!

Your big day is almost here! Are you excited? Nervous? A little scared? If you are, that is normal. You are about to embark on the journey of a lifetime, a real life saver. The surgery works if you live the new lifestyle. Follow your surgeon’s orders and watch the pounds melt away. I am so happy for you! That said, I am sending positive vibes for you to have an uneventful surgery and a speedy pain free recovery. There is a seat on the “Loser’s Bench” with your name on it.

Well, it’s official! You’re on the losing side. The trumpets are blaring, the cymbals are crashing and the drums are drumming – all for YOU! I hope that all went well for you! Your journey will have moments to “pause” - Feel free to look at my profile and see my ups and downs and know I’d not change a thing with anything I’ve experienced. Everything was worth it! – I’d like to impart some words of wisdom for when it does occur - remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)…Don’t forget to update your profile at least monthly and take lots of pictures…the transformations will make your jaw drop!!! 382, slowing getting there

Ok, I have to admit, I have had some struggles.  Although I was eating very well in the beginning, I have fallen off the wagon.  I beginning to think this journey is too hard.  But I have to be positive and not give up.  Ok, so now I am 383, which means I still need to lose 12lbs.  But I am getting there and although I don't go to the gym everday, I am still going.  In fact I went yesterday and I am going today again.  I decided to drink more protein drinks in order to lose this weight to get into the surgery.  I think within 2 weeks I can probably get down 8 or 9 lbs, which is all i really need in order for the dr. to approve me.  So its countdown.

Exercise &
Water

Those are my tools.  What are yours?

Hey Katie! I have not tried any of the protein drinks yet! Which one do you have? I have been really faithful with the vitamins and trying alot harder on the food part - At night I get that urge to eat and I have not been riding my bike like I should (I always think I will after work and never do) excuses! I like to ride when no one is home or they may say (only 15 minutes ) i could do better etc.... Stay positive as I am and keep the faith!
WE CAN DO THIS! WE DESERVE IT!!
FOR US AND OUR FAMILIES!!!!

Talk soon!
regards,
donna
