i think i might be out of the STALL!!  I am now at 239.............I cant belive Im in the freakin 230's!!!

I cant wait to make it to my next goal of 229......(small goals are funner)

i AM REALLY STARTING TO GET PISSED AT THE SCALE...................

i HAVE BEEN FLOATING ABOVE 240 FOR LIKE 2 WEEKS (OR MORE)

i REALLY NEED TO START GETTING MORE PROTIEN IN AND CUT DOWN ON THE SALT INTAKE........

i AM WORKING OUT AT CURVES STILL AND i HOPE i CAN CONTINUE TO KEEP GOING.......

i SIGNED UP FOR A YEAR SOOOOOOOO  i MUST!

Down another pound............

Im glad to see that scale moving.........even if it is just ONE pound here and there......

I have been trying to eat more so we will see if that helps..........I was barely eating before and I think my body was freaking out.

so thats a 61lb loss

im at 241

ok so I weighed in at 244 this morning...............

My 20's are starting to fit better and arent cutting my stomach in half........(like its already not)  LOL

I cant wait to by some 18's!!  And Im only 5lbs. away from weighing less than my husband.............

That was my first goal................
