Goals
Surgeon Testimonial Peter Billing After Meeting Dr. B in late 2007, I was immediately at ease with my future surgical plans. Dr. Billing is a wonderful surgeon with a very pleasant personality. I just knew my experience was going to be a positive one! After researching for about 1 full year prior to my surgery, I had made my choice of surgeon and facility - Puget Sound Surgical Center in Edmonds, WA and Dr. Peter Billing as my surgeon. I feel I was taken care of 150%! The complete surgical, clinical and office staff have all been wonderful to me over the past two years. This was the best comprehensive program I found to assist me in receiveing my surgery and going beyond that to ensure my success as a healthy woman! Thank you Dr. B and Team for saving my life! 2 comments | Leave a comment.The 16th of this month will mark my 4 year anniversary of my LapSleeve surgery!  I dont blog much or visit the site daily, but am always glad when I do. Here is the scoop...5 years ago I hit 'the wall.' I had hit rock bottom and was officially ready to take permanant measures. I was over 300lbs when I started my journey. I researched for about a year. I even bought the online report cards for the surgeons. Definitely not as exciting as I thought, lol.  After all my digging I knew I wanted a place that would take care of me, I went to a seminar at PSSC in Edmonds (Puget Sound Surgical Center). I was amazed at the program, but also amazed my thoughts had changed. I went anticipating information on LapBand surgery... all the rage. I left with a tough decision to make. I was honest with myself and knew the LapSleeve was right for me. (If anyone could manipulate a band it would be this girl). Best Decision EVER... After meeting Dr Peter Billing, I knew he was in this for the right reasons. He made me feel comfortable and very informed about what I was about to do. I still see Dr Billing... I am 4 years out... time flies and it was never easy in the beggining. It is easy now and I have had a lot of help and support throughout my journey. 1 comment | Leave a comment.Back to my chewable vitamins from Bariatric Advantage - Feeling MUCH better!  Purchased and about to begin P90X at home with my boyfriend - scary! Should be a lot of fun though!  Looking forward to the OH.com conference in July - in Bellevue!!!!  Hope all is well! Katie
Back to Chewables! on January 27, 2011 10:42 am For the past year I have been taking 'regular' multivitamins & Iron that you swallow. I don't feel as good.... and have been having a couple small issues. I am switching back to the Bariatric Advantage vitamins I love! There really is not a big price difference, so I might as well use something I know works for me!

My Story
After a lifetime struggle with food, weight, dieting, emotions etc. WLS was the choice for me! I hit "rock bottom" at age 27 and began to move forward with my decision. Researched and educated myself for almost 1 year prior to surgery. I had the "LapSleeve" procedure 10-16-2008 at Puget Sound Surgical Center in Edmonds, WA. I chose this program for excellence in the skill of surgeons and the opportunity to purchase a comprehensive program! I have a great new tool and the support I need to make it work correctly!
Pre-Op weight was 287lbs and I was a size 24... After 6 months I was a size 12! I am currently a size 10 and very happy with that! I am working towards gaining more muscle strength as my new goal. It's crazy to think that I used to carry 130 extra pounds with me wherever I went!
