I'm am now 10 weeks out and down a little over 50 lbs. My husband tells me I have completely quit snoring. My back and hip pain have improved tremendously. Blood pressure was 112/68 at my last MD appt. I just physically feel so much better.  I have to admit eating out isnt much fun anymore but for me thats such a small price to pay for how I feel. Kids go back to school next week and then I'm starting the gym. That will probably be my biggest accomplishment.
 At this point post surgery i would recommend this surgery to anyone.  I have had no nausea/vomiting. As long as I take my prevacid no heartburn.  My only problem has been diarrhea but I finally figured out its related to fiber and I dont have that either as long as I take benefiber in my drinks 3x day. Initially I had about 12-14 days of diarrhea but as soon as I started the benefiber it was gone. I was on vacation and didnt take and guess what returned....but I'm back home and on schedule.  
  My husband and kids have been wonderfully supportive. I think they have enjoyed the results but also they know how much better I feel.
