I did get my band removed :)

I went and meet with Dr. Nick Nicholson . He is the doctor who removed my lap band that Dr David Kim  put in. I spent three years throwing up and being very sick. I never lost any weight with the band. His wonderful office staff is working on getting the sleeve approved. He is the world’s best doctor and a great guy. I am excited but also VERY scared. What should I know? What do you wish you would have asked before you had this done? What the worst part of having a sleeve?

My Story

 I was never over weight as a child. My weight problems began at 19 after giving birth to our daughter I had gaina lot of weight. The more I dieted the more I gained. I started off at 145 was 190 after giving birth, now I am 259.  It's been 12 years now and still cant get the weight off. I also  have a prob with depression my knee's and my back hurt. I am so happy to have found this site. I feel hope again.
