Everything is going Great, I have lost 58 pounds. I have an appt. Jan 15 for blood work. I feel very Blessed to have had RNY.

Hi, you are doing fantastic!!! Keep up the great work.. I noticed your post in support groups on chinese food.. I have trouble with chicken... but I think soup is always good! I have a question on your recipes below which sound fantastic.. seafood seasoning.. do you use Old Bay??? Up here in MI its probably harder to find then AL ..LOL I love to cook too.. I just Eat to live rather then Live to Eat..
