Today at 11:00 am, i'm going into surgery....  Been on Optifast for 2 weeks, can't take anymore....  Two a day was the best I could do in the end.   I'm soooo excited, I can't sleep.  So, see you on the bench !!!

Hi, i'm on my 3 rd day of Optifast and it's soooo hard to get my 4 shakes a day in.  I had the sleeve done back in 2011 and i did the Optifast back then too.  2 weeks of it.  Now,  I'm getting the roux-en-y done this March 26th and I have to do 2 more
