I can no longer sit around and I know I have to be my own self motivator. So I decided to do walk 30 mins on the treadmill. How soon did you all start exercising?

My revision went well and was done by Dr. Duncan here in Atlanta. I had a RNY to RNY with lengthening my roux limb. I was discharged from the hospital on yesterday. I am very sore, no appetite just thirsty. The nurse saw that I almost drank a entire bo

i don't have to be at the hospital until 2:00. I don't think I was so scared the first go round as I am now. I probably have only slept about 2 hours. I pray that everything goes wells...

I started the process on Marh 31 and the nurse submitted my information this morning. Just recevied the call that everything is approved. I had the LAP Gastric Bypass in 11/2002 and gained most of my weight back. My surgery date is 6/2/15. Super excit
