Going to seminar!

 Going to Clarksville Tennessee August 6 for bariatric seminar. My mother my daughter and my boyfriend will all be going with me for support. I'm very excited to restart this journey and that keeps track of everything that's going on. I'm leaning towards the DS but I'm thinking that they only have the lap band and gastric bypass. But I will be going August 6, at Gateway in Clarksville.  I currently live in Madison Tennessee, my mother lives in Evansville Indiana.

Praying for a blessing

 I am new to tennessee! I was living in indiana prior to moving here. I was suppose to be having surgery this month and since I moved here I guess I have to start all over. I am on state insurance just got on state insurance like a week ago. To day I am going to the doctor and let him know I want wls. So I am hoping he is narrow minded if the ideal beings I am 345 pounds and 5'6 1/2. Not a lot of health issues just a couple nothing major. Crossing my fingers. Praying. Hoping an wishing this ball will start rolling again and that I can have this surgery and becoming a healthier me and for my daughter.

My Story

 I am been over weight since kindergarten. I was living in an Indiana for most of my life, I have decided to have a gastric bypass and I was supposed to have it July 2012. But I meet a wonderful man and we moved to Tennessee. So now I have to start all over again.  I have been leaning towards the DS. But now here in Tennessee the gateway hospital only does the band, and the gastric bypass. And I am on TennCare so I have to I guess settle with the gastric bypass. I am planning on attending a seminar very soon. I Have a supportive family. My daughter is eight years old. And my boyfriend is very supportive, my mother will be coming down from Indiana to be with me during the seminar and surgery. I am currently 26 or so, I don't have a whole Lotta medical problems just some thyroid, liver, and acid reflux. Sore joints. But nothing too major. I am 340 pounds, about 5'6"
