43 lbs baby

Ok, so I think I can offically concur that this fill was the sweet spot for me!!! It took some time to settle in, but I'm back on the losers side.

I am offically down to my lowest point since the surgery!

Total loss of 43 lbs!

I'm soo happy. I don't find myself wandering around looking for something to eat. I am actually having to remind myself to eat. I did bad yesterday. Almost no protein... less than 30 grams!!! Bad bad bad...

Didn't do much better today. VERY busy at work , so I didn't have a single bite of food until after 5:30 pm. I didn't get all my fluids in either. And considering I had a GIANT cup of coffee, I should have been trying to drink even MORE.

 BUT, it takes some time to get used to things when you get your band adjusted, so I'm not gonna beat myself up. 

Just do better tommorrow...

Ok, so some good news and some bad news... First, the good news..

I got a fill today! I'm officially at 3 cc's. I'm a little nervous about that because I feel like the band is ALMOST FULL! My band only holds 4 cc's! But I really think this one's gonna do it. Today (since I'm on liquids) I had 2 slim fast Low Carb (they have 20 grams of protein each,) a cup of hot chocolate with milk, and a (bad bad bad) MooLatte from Dairy Queen. I mainly wanted the MooLatte for the caffeine. I get really tired when I can't eat actual food. So, I'm on liquids for 3 days and then soft solids Thursday night, and back to regular foods on Friday. I can tell a difference, but I'm wondering what it's going to end up like because for the last fill it took about 3 weeks for it to settle in and for me to start feeling restriction. 

Now for the bad news... I have to see a neurologist....

Hopefully it's nothing serious, but they did find something wrong with the nerves. And I'm now having problems with my hands and arms, so my dr referred me to a Neuroloigst. They're testing me for some stuff. Better safe than sorry. 

I can't sleep. My appointment Thursday the 17th. I prolly won't be able to sleep until I find out what's wrong. Hopefully it's something tiny tiny tiny, and NOTHING at all serious!
