First Impression: Dr Hung was very friendly, easy to talk to, answered my questions, and seemed knowledgeable. A nice change after my primary care doctor, who was less than enthusiastic. Lisa, his nurse, is great... friendly, nice, promptly returns calls, schedules everything... got the appointment I was waiting longest for rescheduled due to a cancellation, moving up the entire process. She was also willing to talk to my mom, who is a surgical nurse :) to make her feel better about the surgery before she (mom) comes with me to my next appointment.
They are just getting started doing them. Since I really like them, I'm going on the theory that everyone has to start somewhere. They are working with a nutritionist and a psychologist to set up a support group (hopefully this fall) , so I do feel good about the commitment they are making to it, and it makes me feel like I will be one of his early patients, but with many to come.

Got a surgery date today for 7/30... THREE WEEKS!!! Dr Hung answered all my questions and my mom's (being a surgical nurse, her's were a little more detailed. I was glad she was there). Found out he did about 30 of them while a resident, so I'm feeling much better about that.
