I am finally down:) 7lbs.I have now lost 104 lbs as of the 18th of January.I have been working out every day and weight lifting alternate days during the week.I find my hunger has increased.I hope the rest of the weight comes off.I know I'm working my butt off.

Now the real work begins.Wish me luck...
