Surgeon Testimonial Michael Williams, M.D. I met Dr. Williams today.(1/17/07) He is a very nice man. He knows exactly what questions you are going to ask and answers them BEFORE you ask. The office as a whole runs like a well oiled machine. They know who you are and make sure that you are informed they speak to you like you are an old friend not a patient. I felt at home, Everything that you need to know about preop, postop and aftercare are covered. Not only in a video but also in writing and in person. The only problem that I had was the paperwork that was sent to the house still has not gotten here. If I hadn't asked for them to fax it to me I would not have known anything until the day of my preop. And then it would have been too late because I would not have known that I had preop how much I was suppose to pay out of pocket etc. Other than that the experience with Dr. Williams and his staff was truly a pleasure.
