It's finally cooling off down here in Florida, it got down to 57 last night (I know, don't hate me northern folks) which is chilly to me. I put on my 'winter' jacket for the first time since last year and it was like putting on my Dad's coat when I was

Did my usual Friday weigh in and my weigh was....496! I am officially out of the 500s! Been a very long time since my weight started with a 4. So happy. 

For the past couple weeks, I have been able to step on my scale and home and it actually gives me a number instead of just saying...error. Now I try not to weight myself all the time. LOL. 

I've noticed in the morning my pouch seems like it's tighter or feels smaller. I use a scale and try to keep my meals around four ounces. In the mornings I've noticed I have trouble getting that much down. One bite of egg to much and I feel crampy for
