I am feeling down today, I feel like it I am at a loosing battle. I have lost 20 pounds within the last 3 weeks. I step on the scale more than I really should but if I do not go down in weight I feel like I did the band for nothing. I understand this comes with the territory, but I wonder if anyone has suggestions on how to over come this feeling.
