I dont regret having surgery I am just a little baffled.
I can exercise and work my tool to the t and my weight is just creeping off.
I am paranoid,
because I took a big step with making a decision to have wls. I have my highs and lows. I get compliments but it seems like it isn't enough for me.
I guess this is where the mental and emotional drama comes in.
Anyway I am going back to the gym next week
I plan to lose some more inches and weight before I see my surgeon next month.
Gotta keep at it in order to achieve my goal. P.U.S.H . I always say pray until something happens and in this case both rules apply push until something happens!
