Day 10 of Optifast - so, so hungry!  Weighed myself at the 1-week mark, and lost 10 lbs.  I gave all my alcohol away to my friends.  Off work since July 5; going back September 27.  It's a good thing I took these 3 weeks off that I'm on the liquid diet...I would have been a crabby boss-woman!
