So I turned in all my paperwork to the plastic surgeon and of course they still have not submitted it to my insurance. Not sure what the hold up is but its working on 2 weeks now. I will call them on Monday but the longer they wait the less chance I have of getting it done because I wont have any help since my husband deploys in March. SOOOOO I dont know what to do! Times like this I wish my credit was good enough to finance this surgery because I am over all this extra skin. Its causing problems that are affecting just about every aspect of my life!!!!!! Still happy about my surgery....not happy with the run around Im getting from surgeons. If I could do it over I would have stayed in Cali to get it all done. BUT too late now so I can either save every dime and have the $20,000 worth of work done or continue to fight the insurance company and hope I have someone here to take care of me. I would like it done before the summer time since I would like to drive home then with the kids. I dont understand how losing weight is a medical necessity but getting rid of the after math isnt....If the surgeons offices would just listen to what I am telling them I am almost positive the insurance wouldnt give such a fight. But they seem to get so offended anytime someone act remotely interested in their own health. But if they did the surgery and I didnt listen to them they would be pissed so either way....Im screwed!!!!!!
