    Kim, Thank you for the prayer and support. My surgery went fantastic and I'm just a little sore from the biggest of the incision sights. It feels great to be on the road to permanent weight loss. No more yo yo dieting for me. Thanks again for your support and friendship.

HAPPY NEW YEAR MY FWENDS!!!

WOW, WHO WOULD HAVE GUESSED THIS YEAR WOULD HAVE GONE BY SO

FAST!!! I AM DOING FINE, AND FEELING GOOD THESE DAY'S. I AM ASHAMED

TO SAY THAT I AM NOT ON COMP. AS MUCH AS I USE TO BE.

I HOPE YOU ALL ARE DOING GOOD. AND THAT YOUR WEIGHT LOSS IS

NOTHING BUT SUCESS...

I MISS YOU ALL, AND THINK  OF YOU OFTEN.  BUT YOU HAVE TO  KEEP

IN MIND, THAT WHEN YOUR NOT BIG ANYMORE, YOU HAVE SO MUCH

MORE TO DO,  THAN EAT, AND SLEEP!!!!! HOPE YOU ALL HAD A VERY

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!1
