Let's Eat.........
I thought I would give you an idea of what  I like to  eat.

Breakfast------
1/4  slice  of  toast  with  1 Tbs.  shredded cheese
2  mandarin  oranges.

Lunch----------
3 tsp.shredded chicken with 1 tsp. gravy
2-3 tsp. cooked rice
1-2 tsp. green beans.

Dinner----------3-4 tsp. spaghetti with meat sause.
2 tsp. shredded lettuce.

Other foods I like;
applesause-melon-yogurts-cottage cheese-peanut butter
chicken tach-1/3
baked potatoe
ricotta cheese
tomato soup
burnt toast! 1/2 slice
90 calorie snacks by quacker
crystal light
water!!!
I can increase 1 tsp. every 1-1/2 wks.
by 6 mo. I can be at 1/4 cup.
50% of my food choices are vegatables and fruit.
and I try to eat at least 2 vegetables at lunch and dinner.
i only eat until I am satisfied, not stuffed.
I eat slow - remember- meal sizes are maximums-not minimums.
I try to Experiment, but I am still not hungry.

These  are  Really  Good  Recipes  To  Try......

          ***Tuna  Plate***
8 oz tub nonfat cream cheese (room temperature)
2 6 1/8 ounce water-packed tuna (drained)
2 Tbs. chili sause
2 tsp.dried fresh parsley
1 tsp onion (fresh or powder)
4 drops Tabasco Blend until smooth.

2 Tbs = 7 grams of protein  Great on Crackers!!

     *** Chili  Relleno Casserole ***
2 cans (4 oz each) chopped green chilies
4 ounces reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs
2 cups Skim or 1% milk
1/2 cup unbleached flour
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 11x7 baking dish with cooking spray.
line the bottom of  the pan with chopped chilies.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the chilies. 
Whisk the eggs, and milk, and salt and pepper into bowl until smooth.
pour in dish-Bake 45 min. or until lightly brown.
Note; New Post-Ops--Puree the chilies first.

       *** Scalloped  Potatoes***
1 1/2 cups. Fat-Free milk
1/3 cup Cream of Mushroom soup
4 thinly sliced potatoes
1 cup onion
Paprika
Heat oven to 375  Spray 2 Qt. casserole dish with cooking spray.
blend milk into soup base,Layer 1/3 of potatoes, onion, and soup
mixture into dish. Repeat layers two more times.sprinkle with paprika,
and cover. Bake 1 hr. Uncover and bake 15 mins. longer, or until
potatoes are done.

155 Calories per Serving. 7 grams Protein. 
1 gram Fat
30 grams Carbohydrate
1 mg Cholesterol      ENJOY!!

Thank you for this post. It is good to see what our OH friends are eating. I have tried some veggies but I am still being cautious. You are an inspiration and I appreciate your strength and kindness.
