10 weeks out Hey all I am doing great and I am about 10 weeks out fron my RNY. I feel great and it is good th see the weight come off. My weight loss has decreased a lot but I am still losing 2-5 pounds a week which I guess is good. At least i am still losing. I am getting adjusted to my new lifestyle. The only problem that I run in to is that I live alone and trying to cook for just me when I eat very little is super hard. But I have started making tv dinners and putting them in the freezer so that I dont waste as much food as I did before. I feel great, and I have less the 90 pounds to lose. I have had to get almost a entire new wardrobe, but most are hamidowns for family which is good. I am in the nursing program and that is super stressful, which is making it even harder to eat well, and exercise and to actually take the time eat slow. But I am trying to get better. I cant believe I am already 10 weeks out that is so crazy.

Hi Kim.. I just wanted to say HI and I think you are doing fantastic. The tv dinners sound like a great idea, esp for just the one-person cooking like yourself..but also for anyone after WLS... since we usually eat somewhat different than others..at least for awhile...anyway..good luck!
