Hello all Sorry for not posting in a while but life happens but im back now to provided yall with a little update. Last month as of the 4th I'm offically one year out and down a total of 102 pds from highest weight 92 pounds since surgery. And i cant be more happier i have a long way to go but i just got to keep pushin i got to many people depending on me do to the damn thing and so many haters to prove wrong but most of all i have to do this for myself i damn sure cant give up on me that is not an option. I went in an had another fill today and i now have 7.2cc in my 10cc band Im going to make the choice to really get back in the gym and stay consistant with it starting tomorrow morning wish me luck.
