I began my weight loss journey on August 7th 2008.  I had been getting approved and all that other stuff for months prior but my real journey began the day I had my surgery.  My journey has been great!  I have lost 134 pounds in 7 months.  I feel great.  I am exercising and running with my kids and taking Shagging lessons.  I am enjoying life.  I still have days where food is the last thing on my mind but I make myself get through those days and still try new foods.  I mostly eat anything just very small amounts.  I have not had any desserts since June of 2008.  I struggle with getting my water in but am trying to do better.  I am thankful for this website because I have learned so much.  Thanks to all for your inspiring stories!
