I have followed these post for a whole year.I was banded on Sept,22 2008.I have never posted before but considerimg how well I have done and it has a lot to do with all of you guys chatting and me reading every day.I am down 130 pounds so far.30 lost b4 surgery.I want to say thanks to everyone and let you know that you may not know it but your posts help tremendously!
