Well my surgery went well and things seem to be healing well I go back to my Surgon on 9/11/12 for my post Op visit I hope he says that all is well ..  So tomarrow I start my Puree  diet for 1 month   it is going to be different  I have not had solid food in more then 2 weeks now so I am hopeing for no complications ...It has been hard because my surgery was on 8/30/12 and I came home on 9/2/12 , Then on 9/3/12 in the Am I got a phone call that I did not want it was my brother telling me that my paternal Grandmother had passed away that morning and she is more then 130 miles away and I am on a no driving as per my surgon so I am not going to be able to make it to he funeral and it is beating me up like crazy I dont know what to do the service is  tomarrow and I sit here 130+ miles away  but other then that all is looking up !!!! I am looking forward to my new future and all that is to come  .....
 

well  I had my last appointment with my surgon today surgery is one week from today I cant wait ....more to come
 

Friday I went to see my  surgeon and he said that I was ready for surgery .  So I got my surgery date   August  30th 2011,  I am excited and scared all at the same time but this is what I have been working towards .. I have lost  70lb's  since I stared this adventure  and I feel so much better I can just imagine what I will feel like when I am at my 150 goal .... more to come  
 

Well I don't know were to start except that I have been overweight  since I was 8 yo and it has been a constant battle and up to recently ... I started the Lean and Green diet  back on April 6,2012  my weight  was  405lbs, then on June 19 was my first weigh in at the bariatric center I was 352 lbs. Today July 20,2012  I am 336 so that is a total of  69lb . I am hoping that when I go to meet my surgeon Dr. Clarke for the first time on 7/27/12  that I will be able to get my surgery date .. I am so excited to continue my journey to the new healthier me and be able to do all the things that I love without all the pain that I am in everyday .  more to come after my apt ......
