on October 29th I had my appointment @ Voc Rehab with my case worker...She was very nice & said she will try to help me..She is new at working with someone who wants WLS. The requirements are pretty strict. They want your BMI over 40 PLUS (not or) 2 health issues. That's my problem..I'm pretty "healthy".
but I haven't been to a MD in 6 years so who knows.
After I left the appt. she called me & said for me to call the doctor in my town that does WLS & try to get appt with him..
I guess she wants them to assess me & see what they think.
I have not got an appointment yet.I will call them tomorrow.

Then before I hung up, she said he had a walk in clinic today @1:00.So I hung up the phone & rushed right over..I waited 2 hours. But He gave me my records & wrote a letter recommending me for surgery
