YA!! I have lost 40.4 pounds..... I am so excited... I am currently on the soft diet. Trying foods can be a little scary.. don't know if I'll dump or not.... I guess I'll find that out by trail and error. I am blessed to have been given this wonderful tool and I follow my surgeon and his staff's instructions to the letter.. Just praying to stay on the losing side!
