2 more lbs lost.Total lost- 8 lbs!!!! I'm doing great, it feels good to see the numbers going down! 

Hey Everybody, just wanted to update you all on what I'm about to do. The last time I went to the doctor and stepped on the scale they said that I was 340lbs the time before that, I was 320 lbs, and I cant believe that I have went up to 340 lbs so quickly. So I have decided to truly get serious about this. I think I was getting lazy and eating more because I know that I'm going to be having the surgery soon, so I guess I just didnt care about putting on the weight, and monitoring my food intake, like I normally would. I have decided that within 120 days which is like 4 months time. I am going to try to lose 60 to 70 lbs before my surgery. That should put me at around 270-280 lbs before surgery. I saw a girl who lost 90 lbs in just 4 months and if she can do it, I know I can too, I'm going to weigh in every two weeks on here, and let you all know my progress, I'm going to try to lose at least 70lbs within 4 months time. 


So as of Jan 10,2011- I weigh 340 lbs.

my next weigh in will be in 2 weeks. Which should be like around the 24th of this month I think. So anyway have lots of work to do. Talk to you all in 2 weeks, for my next update, bye!
