I lost 3 lbs which brought my weight loss to 92 lbs. I may have lost the 8 lbs I was trying to lose to reach that 100 lbs weight loss goal before Christmas. I'm trying not to weigh myself so much, but seeing or rather hearing (neighbor has a talking scale) tell me how much more weight I've loss makes me feel so good inside. Especially now I keep thinking I'm gaining weight back, I know it's in my head....I know I'm losing more weight because I keep having to sew the sides of my pants every two weeks or so. It's to the point now where I'm just going to have to give the sewing the sides up and get smaller size pants.
