ObesityHelp

was wonderful!  It was seven days of pure pleasure.  We couldn't have asked for better weather and the islands were breath-taking.  John and I were both a little anxious about the food situation, but we found that there was plenty to pick from.  I had a few things that I know I shouldn't have (warm chocolate melting cake, for one) but I was lucky and never got sick.  John and I are also probably the only people that came back from the cruise weighing less than when we went!  Ha!  I was 212 when I left and 209 coming back!  I hope to post a few pictures later today!  I can't wait until we take another one.... hopefully soon!

I saw Dr. R yesterday and he is very pleased with me.  I have lost 50% of my excess body weight and his scales showed me being down 80lbs.  We talked about my hair loss and he agreed that Biotin was worth a try.  I've been taking it for over a week now and it does seem to be helping.  He also wanted me to kick-up my workout 2 times a week.  He thinks that it might help to push me out of the stall I'm in.  I go back in Jan.  I leave on vacation tonight.  Wish me luck.
