I am now the proud owner of a 282 lb. body , i know it is still massive but there is a lot  less of it. As of today i have lost 102 lbs.! I am happy but o my lord please give me the  power to lose the next 100lbs.

went to the Dr. this morning because i had a cough and asthma i just couldn't shake. well got checked out and i have bronchitis, yeah know it sucks. the best part of going today was when i got on the scale it said 287, i thought i was to pass out! i was so happy because i thought i was gaining weight.
