Unbelievable as it may seem to me the pounds have just been MELTING off the last 3 weeks or so....it's so exciting. Of course, I'm exercising - I walk at least two miles a day and clean house like a maniac. Plus we have a little home gym I've been using 3 times a week. It's good to be getting back some of the energy I had lost. Yeah!
