I am soooo happy! 
I have taken the first step basicly. I have been to a siminar and a support group but those were for supporting my friends. I went to Dr. Kavelman, and he checked me out and we talked about different weightloss surgeries, and pills. I assured him that I had my mind made up that I want to have the RNY @ Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin, IN, and he said that was great and that he would call Dr. Lindsey and give my referral. We are holding off until January when my awesome Insurance starts that pays for everything!!! In the mean time I will go to him and wheigh every month or so, watch my diet, and exercise (walking) mostly. 
My best friend Nikki and I used to sit around and talk about having weight loss surgery like a fantacy.
Now she is 2 years post op 
and I am a few months pre op. We are so excited for the both of us..
..now if we could just hit the lottery like we dream about.
..lol. Wouldn't that ROCK!!!!

I got my new shoes!!!! I also bought myself 2 new shirts, they were on sale so I don't feel guilty.lol I also bought a few baby clothes for my new grandson that will be here December 22nd. I talked to my husband today and he is in good spirits for the moment but very homesick. Money sux when you need alot of it, and it is good when you can buy a little something.
