Well guys it has been a min since I last was on here but, you can find me on facebook chanel thomas or your tube ohiocarmeldiva2010 for more up to date information i finally have lost 100lbs started this journey at 320 was my highest and i am now currently 220 and only have 60lbs till goal i can't believe how far i have come. this is not easy at all but, it is so worth the changes that i am making. me and my family are enjoying the summer thus far and making progress. just wanted to give feedback on what is going on.  my hair is still falling out but, i have been not been getting in all the protien that i should have been getting in and that is my error i do get in my vitamins and calicum.  please be sure you follow everything that they tell you i need to do better too. if you have questions please request me on fb mention how you know me and sub to my you tube page and i will do the same.

Hey its been awhile since i have been on here because i was struggling with rather or not i was truly going to have the surgery or not. then i sat back for a year and started losing weight on my own i am 295 lbs at this moment and lost some weight but, realized the surgery was wat i truly needed to do. I am next month seeing the pysch doctor for evaluation and then will be getting scheduled for the surgery. i have the support of my loving husband and i know that he will be seeing me thru this. i have prayed to God and knows he will also see me thru this. for those of you who had gastric surgery i need support and feedback. thanks in advance.
