I finished my psych eval, and hey, good news! The doc said i WASNT crazy after all!  I am waiting for my primary physician to write the letter and send it in to the insurance girl at Dr. Cook's office.  When she gets it, and submits all the info to the Insurance co, they will either approve or dissapprove, and then I will get my appointment for my history and physical with Dr. Cook.
After that, it's the "wait and see" list for me.  I have to wait for my appointment, which will be probably after the first of the year.  In the meanwhile, I have been busy visualizing my portions, eating off a smaller plate, with a smaller spoon, and trying to loose as much weight as possible.  I am riding my exercise bike every day, hoping for 6 miles, but sometimes as little as 3, sometimes as much as 12 (but only in two 30 minute sessions during the day, spaced apart).  WEll thats all for now, hope all had a great Thanksgiving, and hope all will have a WONDERFUL Christmas.!!
