Well, ya'll, I have to say that it has been a struggle for me lately.  I am up and down on the weight, got down to 295 by my scales and am now back up to 302, or 305, depending on the day.  I had to stop riding the exercise bike for a while due to a knee injury, the month of september was a bust.  Out of work and eating cause of boredom, and not able to ride, well,  you know the results!!!  Lapband is a great way to lose the weight, but everyone remember t his, WILLPOWER is what realy gets the weight off.  Well, that is what this ole gal thinks anyway!  Hugs all around, it's good to be back.
