 Well today is my 11 month anniversary and I am down 130 pounds! I feel very pleased about this! It has been a very good journey! I can not complain! I have been exercising and eating pretty much what I want. I just keep my portion sizes way down. I like the fact that I am no longer on a diet. I am just making healthier choices. I love my RNY!!
