Hi Guys,

It's been a while since I've been in touch well so much had happen since the last time!  I have been doing well I've lost an additional 18 pounds I feel I'm doing ok  but I need to put more time and effort in  to get these additional 52 pounds but so I've been told one day at a time.  I have 10cc in my band at this time and I am still learning to chew my food properly! As far as the emotional eating its a work in progress any way just thought I stop by and tell you guys whats been going on with me how are things going with you guys?

Well I am doing much better since my last post I had a fill today and I have 8.25cc and I'm down to 270lbs so that means I lost 7lbs more since my last post Yaaaay! I honestly could've done better so now the doctor wants me to lose 15lbs by my next appointment October 29 wish me luck I am determine to reach my 2nd goal to get to 250lbs. then my last goal 200lbs God is good guys I am determine to finish this race

Wow thanks for the encouraging words! I reallllly need this right now I at the 4 month mark and I'm struggling  so bad at this time I crave everything under the sun and sometimes I do give in I am an emotional eater so with that said not sure where do I go from here and BTW I have an appointment next week with the office and I am so embarrass that I'm not where I should be I just don't know guys!

I've been working hard and guess what I drop 6lbs! I'm attending my post op classes offered by the facility I find so much helpful information. Every day I learn something new but I am still battling keeping the cravings under control sometimes I give in and sometimes I don't. I go to the 24hr shaq gym I absolutely love it and I am using this awesome machine and I burned 950 calories in 2hrs cool right well lets keep one another in prayer

I went to the surgeon today and got .75cc in my band so  I have a total og 6.75cc in my band!  My weight has been up and down for the past 2 weeks that means i have to work a little harder I getting a little discourage an my cravings are out of control. On liquids for the next 2 days, the mushies then back to puree and solid foods.  Any suggestions on how I can control my cravings but the good news is I'm back on track Yall pray for a sista!
