Re: Down 40lbs

Hello Guys,

It's been a while all is well with me I am down 40lbs  plus alot has been going on in my life and I just adjusting to nursing school, working full time, eating healthy everyday  and getting my exercise in as much as possible!  I haven't had a fill in a little over 1 month and Yes I need it because I still get hungry in between meals! I 'm scheduled for an appointment for July 21 and the last time I was there for a fill I was told I have 4.5cc in my 14cc band. This is a slow weight loss but I am hanging in here, My clothes are fitting a little looser and some folks  are actually starting to notice my weight loss mainly in my face LOL.  My only concern at this point is to not get pregnant  so with that said I will check back in  a liitle bit later this week  Keep up the good work guys!
