I am down 57lbs now love it . I am feeling much better. It interesting the foods I can and cannot eat. Today I was able to eat spicey pork, rice, beans, sour cream and a small peice of icecream cake. I have been working out about 4 to 5 times a week. and over the last month lost about 6 pounds or so. Have lost quite a bit of hair recently, scarey, however now working to get the 60 to 80 grams of protein that is recommended by my doctor.
